Senior Internship - Week 7 Progress Report

Last week I planned to start writing my second program, the Class Account App, by writing the application in VBA. I did start and I got a somewhat finished demo. It isn't pretty and it doesn't work how I'd like it to, but it does do the job of connecting with Active Directory and changing passwords. What this program fails to do, however, is generate passwords.

I believe I exceeded my expectations for this week. While I intended to start creating the app, I did not expect being able to nearly complete it as I did.

The biggest issue I encountered this week I documented when first starting to write the program. All of my set up from last week in my macro's had disappeared because I failed to save the excel file as a macro enabled form. This wasn't a big deal, though, because I hadn't written much code and could easily just restart.

Next week I hope to get this application completely done. That would been 2 of my 4 goals would be finished. If I do complete it, I will move on to my 3rd goal.

More precisely I hope to get the code of the program working exactly how I want so I can move on and complete its looks and presentation.
